Now on TV

Animals in Trouble finished its last new series. For 13 weeks, host Chris Dusauchoit treated viewers to some truly enlightening, exciting, and poignant animal stories from home as well as abroad. This season Chris found himself eye to eye with dangerous crocodiles, endangered rhinos, mortally ill seals, amazing service dogs, poisonous snakes and even a pride of lions.

Over 8 episodes, he also got to follow the emotive story of a group of neglected and abused chimpanzees as they settle into their new home in Spain.

And this series had something special in store: for the first time in the programme’s history, Animals in Trouble went interactive, as Chris challenged the viewers to help build a brand new nature reserve for our own native species. After ten years, Animals in Trouble is still the most popular animal programme in Flanders.

Wildly fun!

Animals in trouble celebrated its 10th birthday with a special series in which the most memorable moments of the past ten years are collected. Now that this special series has finished airing on één, deMENSEN is working on a brand new season of Animals in Trouble. Tune in on één from 7 January 2012 onwards! In the meantime you can watch reruns of Animals in trouble on één.
