The At Home Team (De Bij Ons Thuisploeg) is a special version of The Home Team (De Thuisploeg) about family and education. For the occasion the teams in the studio of The At Home Team consist of families of Flemish celebrities. The questions have to do with recognizable educational issues. The audience helps define the questions (and answers) with a poll on family and education. The poll ran on www.een.be.
The Home Team has always been a pleasant and exciting quiz for the whole family. But this is emphasized even more in The At Home Team. During these two episodes family and positive parenting are highlighted.
For The At Home Team, presenters Marcel Vanthilt and Evy Gruyaert each time invite six studio teams, all Flemish celebrities and their families. Just like in the regular version of The Home Team, they compete against the home team. As usual the families at home can play along with the colour keys of their remote control.
The questions in The At Home Team deal with educational issues with which a lot of families are confronted sooner or later. That includes the families of celebrities. They not only try to give the correct answer, but also tell their funniest, most moving and most embarrassing family stories. Child- and youth psychiatrist Peter Adriaenssens provides extra information about the questions. This way The At Home Team is a humorous quiz which at the same time entertains and educates us.
